Thinking of You Card using Inspired by Stamping Reveal Summer Flowers Stamp

Today is reveal day of Inspired by Stamping Summer Flower Set and they are amazing. I am only using one of seven flowers that come on the set along with a leave stamp. I have a hard time keeping Thinking of You cards on hand so I ordered the Big Notes Stamp Set from Inspired by Stamping  and really am enjoying the font that the stamp set is designed in, make sure to check out the sentiment stamp sets that are at the Inspired by Stamping Store they are amazing.
I stamped my background in red using the zinnia stamp as my focus point for my card front. I think it is an amazing way to make a background when you really need something quick and it is very easy to do. I stamped and cut a zinnia out on a piece of scrap paper so I could use it as a mask and as I stamped my zinnia I moved my mask around to cover up the flowers that I had stamped so it would look like flowers were behind each other.
Here is the focus zinna flower again that I stamped on a piece of white scrap along with two leaves and colored in with my Copic Markers, though you can use any marker or water color pencils to achieve a similar look. I hope you check out the other designers to see how they used Inspired by Stamping Summer Flowers and again check out Inspired by Stamping Blog for the full week of reveals.
