I made this layout over the weekend using the
This and That Gracious Collection from Echo Park. It was the perfect collection for youngest grand daughter because as a mom/ grandma, you can agree with

me you think your children/grandchildren are the most beautiful. :) The fun part for me though was I seen a post from
Scrapbook & Cards Today looking for simple word layouts to submit for their facebook to share. I emailed mine in and guess what I was the
"FIRST" layout to be selected. How exciting is that.

I also used one of the Lucky 8 punches from
We R Memory Keepers to do my background page with. If you haven't used them they are fabulous. I also took the words from the background strip, cut it up and using my distress tool, I distressed it and inked it, placing it on pop dots.

Check out the paper and see how I torn it and again inked to make it look distress. HINT: make sure to always tear your paper toward you to get the core to show well. I hope you go to
Scrapbook & Cards Today and check out my layout, I can't believe how much positive responds I have received. Oh, and make sure to send them your simple word layouts in, you never know you may be selected also. Hugs Pammejo
