Candle and Candle Box Ensemble with Eileen Hull Inspiration

It's time for a brand new challenge with Eileen Hull's Art with Heart Challenge and July's theme is "Make it 3D", so make sure to come and join us....HERE!!!
I began by taking Eileen Hull/Sizzix Make It 3-D Box Die and cutting out four of the box dies. Two pieces of mat board to  measure approximately 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" and two pieces of mat board to measure approximately 2" x 3. (Refer to photo to see where to cut flaps off) HINT: When I am placing paper on my altered pieces I staple the flaps with my tiny attacher.
I taped the bottoms of my box with some tape, just to hold it into place. Cut four 1" by 4 1/2 mat board strips and glue to the inside walls of box to add support. Cut a piece of mat board to glue to the bottom.  Cut and adhere pattern paper to sides and bottom.
Die cut 8 of the Lace Doily Medallion using mat board and 16 of DCWV Chick Chat Stack pattern paper. I used my Xyron 9" Permanent Adhesive and the  Xyron Creative Station to apply the adhesive to my pattern paper and placed them on the front and back of the Lace Doily Medallion pieces.
Take 4 of the covered Lace Doily Medallion pieces and cut in half. Adhere to corner of prepared box using Glossy Accent. (You could use a hot glue gun or different glue)
Once the glue has set on the sides Lace Medallion Doily...place the four solid prepared pattern paper Lace Medallion Doily to the each side to form box.
I used Glossy Accent and place two pieces of WeR Memory Keeper Teal Twine on the sides of my box along with a bow on each side. Punch circle sentiments from the DCWV Chick Chat Stack and place one on each side of box. Cut 4 of each of the Flower Layer with Heart Petals and form into flowers, add enamel dots to the center of each.
Place two to the front of box.
Change the Xyron 9" Permanent Adhesive Refill to the Xyron 5" Permanent Adhesive Refill, run the two circles, banner strip and sentiment journal block through the XyronCreative Station.
Add to circles to the top of candle and one of the flowers to the top of the candle jar.
Wrap candle with a piece of the burlap from the DCWV Chick Chat Stack, add a journal piece, and wrap a few times with the We R Memory Keepers Twine and tie into a bow.
Well I hope you enjoyed my Candle and Candle Box Ensemble using the Sizzix Make It 3-D Box and Sizzix Lace Medallion Doily and check them out in the Sizzix store HERE!!! Make sure to join us for the Art with Heart Challenge this month, we would love to see all your fabulous creations. Hugs Pammejo

Happy Fouth of July with PaperCrafters Corner

Happy Fourth of July...wanted to share a card that was made for today. I am also entering it in the PaperCrafters Corner Magazine Challenge Monday - Week 106.
I was inspired by the stars in the sky and color palette to create my card with.
I am also entering my Liberty Card in the ScorePal "More Than Once Score" Challenge #17. I love how the accordion fan makes it look like the stars in the sky from the magazine cover. Make sure to check ScorePal HERE for the information to the challenge.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Fourth of July celebrating with family and friends, remembering our Armed Service as those that have served and are now serving as we celebrate our independence, freedom and liberty. Hugs Pammejo

Love Card with Die-Namites

Good Morning!!! Pam today sharing with you my "Love Card" using the Die-Namites Love Hearts (DN-1008) Die...

I cut the Love Hearts (DN-1008) out twice...once in yellow pattern paper and then again in navy blue pattern papers. Fussy cut the "Love" off the navy blue pattern paper and layer it on top of yellow pattern paper Love Heart piece.
Add both pieces to a lighter blue pattern paper and fussy cut around them.

Mat a navy blue pattern paper to the top of a yellow pattern paper. Wrap them with yellow ribbon. Add to top of prepared 5" x 6 1/2" card base that has the matching pattern papers on the base. Place the prepared Love Hearts (DN-1008) to the top with pop dots.
Cut two of the Flowering Branch (1004) and place on card front.

Add a sentiment on card front, making sure that the Flowering Branch (1004) drapes a little over it.

I finished my card by adding a fussy cut butterfly from the paper collection. I hope you enjoyed my "Love Card" today and check out Die-Namites Store to see other wonderful dies that you can do the layer technique on. Until next time. Hugs Pam
