Precious Moments Ombre' Tag with Emerald Creek Dare Challenge

 

 Hi and welcome to this month Emerald Creek Dare Challenge!!!

The "DARE" is to create a 10 minute project!!!

Difficult to do for me but I can say I sure did try. 

It took me 10 minutes believe it or not to create my tag but a few extra minutes to create the flowers since I fussy cut them out. 

 I began by project by first gathering all my products together. 

It is easier to make a  10 minute project if you can envision the direction you are headed in.

 Once gather  I began by first embossing a piece of white paper scrap randomly with VersaMark.

Sprinkled Emerald Creek Glacier White Embossing Powder over the top. 

Shaking off the excess, heat embossed. 

 Die cut the tag out. 

Apply distress ink from the bottom to the top using blending tool. 

REMEMBER: As you work the blending tool apply pressure at the bottom of the tag and lift the pressure up as you go toward the top. 

It will create the Ombre' affect you want to achieve.

 Repeat on the scraps of paper left over from the cut  out tag.

 Punch two border strip add narrow piece to top of card.

Adding a larger piece to the back.  

Die cut "Cherish Forever" from pattern paper. 

Adhere to front of tag along with a paper strip.

 Adhere metal frame to top of image. 

Adhere to front of tag.

 Fussy cut dress image from pattern paper.
Add to front of tag with pop dots.

 From the scrap of prepared paper...fussy cut flowers, layer together and adhere to front of tag with leaf charm.

 Add ribbon and heart brad to top.

Hello Beautiful....It's a Charmed Life with Emerald Creek

Hello Beautiful....It's a Charmed Life is this next Dare Challenge 

on the Emerald Creek Supplies Dare Blog. 

So let's honor our mom's or the ladies in our life and let them know 

how beautiful and charming they are.

 I began my card by first die cutting a tag.

 Emboss using Emerald Creek Terra Cotta Embossing Powder.

 Emboss prepared tag using Sizzix folder.

 Cut pattern paper and emboss using Wendi Vecchi Textured Crackle Paste and Bubble Stencil.

 Adhere distress card stock and prepared patterned paper to front of card. 

Die cut doily, add to card front.

 Distress sentiment and mat using distress tool. 

Ink edges of tag, sentiment, and mat with Black Soot Distress Ink.

 Mat tag with black card stock. 

 Adhere sentiment behind tag. 

Add Heart Brad and Prize Cameo Charm to tag.

 Place on card front with pop dots.

 Fussy cut dress form and add to front of card front with pop dots.

 Add bow to front of card.

 Add butterfly to top of card front.
