Start your card by adhering layers of Graphic 45 Amour  pattern papers to card front. 

Add scallop border strip. 

Stamp "Celebrate" image to front with black ink. 

Add small flags and Epherema image to front of card with pop dots. 

Adhere small leaves, flowers and bow to front of card.

Have you seen the new All Occasion Die Set from Diamond Press on HSN!!!
It is one gorgeous set! I created a beautiful card using Graphic 45 Bride and Baby Collection
It is a perfect compliment of pattern papers to work with the intricate dies of the All Occasion Die Set. 

Layer pattern paper and die cut border to card front. Die cut the banners and LOVE letters from paper. Run the pieces through the Xyron 1.5 Sticker Maker; add to front of card. Wrap twine around card; tie in bow.

Fussy cut "BABY" and add to front of card with pop dots. Add clear gemstones to card front. 

Die cut "Love You' from paper; mat to top of pattern paper. Add to top of card front with pop dots.
