Good morning! Are you ready to create some fun travel albums. I'm sharing my Family Life Mini Album using Authentique fabulous new Voyage Collection! It is never to early to start planning those family vacations. You will need a special place to keep those amazing pictures and notes in.
Begin by cutting a chipboard to measure 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" and cut the second piece to measure 4 1/4" x 7"; scoring at the 1/2" and 1" marks to create bind. Glue pieces together at the 1/2" fold to create mini album.
Adhere scallop border, strips and pattern paper to outside of mini album.
Adhere pattern paper to front of mini album along with think jute tied in a circle.
Create inside page by cutting three pieces of Voyage paper to measure 3 7/8" x 5 7/8"; fold in half. Decorate pages as follows.
Page 1: Create mat and fussy cut pattern paper to add to page. Add sticker to page
Pages 2 and 3: Add fussy cut frame and journal pieces to pages either on mats or under strips that can be easily removed. Add border strips and scallop strips to page along with sticker on pop dots.
Page 4 and 5: Adhere pattern paper mats to page. Add border strips and scallop strips to page and mats along with sticker on pop dots.
Page 6 and 7: Create a flap page for Page 6 and decorate Page 7 with mats and stickers.
Fussy cut image for Page 6; add to front of flap with pop dots.
Decorate Inside Flap 6 with fussy cut images from Voyage pattern paper.
Page 8 and 9: Form pockets on pages; place journal and tags inside of pockets. Add border strips and scallop strips to page along with sticker on pop dots.
Journal piece for Page 8.
Tags for Page 9.
Page 12: Adhere pattern page mats to pages. Add stickers.
Tie pages to inside of prepared mini album with elastic.
Decorate bid after pages our added to inside of mini album with thick jute, tie strings with metals to bind, add twine and ribbon bows to bind.
